Experimental engine assembly

Experimental assembly is an inseparable complement to an engine test-house. This is a unit dealing in the assembly of plane and helicopter engines, as well as the APU.

In order to test modern and non-standard design solutions, first they need to be assembled, and this is exactly what happens at the experimental assembly department.

We use non-standard assembly procedures, which we use to prepare the mounting points for different sensors in an appropriate manner.

The department meets the work requirements imposed by aviation authorities, i.e. specific ranges of temperature and air humidity in the course of engine assembly.

Experimental assembly is conducted by engineers managing the configuration and construction of engines, installing sensors for measuring displacement, temperature or pressure in a particular section of the engine, for example, alongside qualified and certified fitters.

What distinguishes this unit is the non-standard approach to assembly, the use of unconventional, well-thought-out solutions that differ significantly from those used in serial production.
